TuniBAGS.com may restrict delivery to addresses within the United States, Canada, Mexico and Overseas. TuniBAGS.com will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax. 9). Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products and Services
We want you to be satisfied with your TuniBAGS.com purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with a product you purchased on TuniBAGS.com, simply return the item within 60 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price. All items must be in original condition* to be eligible for a refund unless authorized in writing by a representative of TuniBAGS.com.

 *In order to qualify for a full refund all items must be returned in their original condition and contact must be made with TuniBAGS prior to the return shipping. Refunds will include the total price of the item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. All credits will be processed within 5 business days after the item(s) are received by TuniBAGS @ Tunibu Travel. Please contact us at customoersupport@TuniBAGS.com with any questions.

Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. After 60 days, all returns, replacements, service, and support must be handled directly between you and the manufacturer. Many products are packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions. Manufacturers' warranties may vary from product to product. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD BY TuniBAGS.com ARE SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YEAR 2004 COMPLIANCE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TuniBAGS.com's LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.

10). Cancellations

To cancel an order you have placed with TuniBAGS @ Tunibu Travel, you must contact customer support by email customersupport @ TuniBAGS.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus the return shipping costs & $10.00 restocking fee).

11). Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TuniBAGS.com, TuniBAGS.com's vendors, and their affiliates and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your access to or use of TuniBAGS.com. The foregoing indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and TuniBAGS.com and any product or service provided to you arising out of or relating to your use of TuniBAGS.com.
