Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Insurance.

At this time we only ship to the Continental US.  We ship insured packages only.  All standard shipping is FREE.   Standard shipping times range from 7 to 14 business days to clear our warehouse and arrive at your front door.  When items are shipped out an email is forwarded to the buyer with tracking information so that you can keep up with your TuniBAG from our ware “house” to yours.  Be advised that TuniBAGS.com will only use the shipping options that are insurable.

 

Payments

All payments must be received before any TuniBAG shipment leaves the warehouse.  Paypal is our preferred form of payment.  If you are not already registered to use Paypal, please go to www.paypal.com for free registration. 

Through your Paypal account you can make a secure payment with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as pay with an electronic check.  Be advised that Paypal puts an automatic hold on electronic checks for up to four business days.  Once the payment clears, then your item ships.

 

Returns

Customer Service is Our Priority.

We offer 60 days from the date of purchase for our customers to change their mind. If in that time you are unsatisfied just return the unused item for a full refund minus the cost of shipping*. The simple steps below must be followed in order for your return to be honored: 

STEP 1: email us at customersupport@tunibags.com

STEP 2: after you receive a response email from us acknowledging your request, then print that email response item out to include with your return item

STEP 3: ship your unused TuniBAG in the original packaging to the return address below:

 *In order to qualify for a full refund all items must be returned in their original condition and contact must be made with TuniBAGS prior to the return shipping. Refunds will include the total price of the item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. All credits will be processed within 5 business days after the item(s) are received by TuniBAGS @ Tunibu Travel. Please contact us at customoersupport@TuniBAGS.com with any questions.

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order you have placed with TuniBAGS @ Tunibu Travel, you must contact customer support by email customersupport @ TuniBAGS.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus the return shipping costs & $10.00 restocking fee).
